Data Deletion

At Aura (somosaura.app), a product of ISALASH — Alvaro Fabián Sánchez Sterling (Pitalito, Huila, Colombia), we respect your right to request the deletion of your personal data (Right to be Forgotten). This page explains what data we process and how to request its deletion.

1. Roles

The Affiliated Business (barbershop, spa, salon, etc.) where you booked or that you messaged on WhatsApp is the Data Controller of your data. Aura acts as the Data Processor, processing data on behalf of and by order of the Business.

2. What data we delete

Upon request, we delete the personal data we process to manage your appointments and communications: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (if provided), notes, appointment history, and the conversation history with our WhatsApp assistant.

3. How to request deletion

3.1. Clients (booking or WhatsApp)

Direct your request first to the Business where you booked or that you contacted (the Data Controller). If the Business does not respond within 15 business days, or if it has ceased operating, email us at soporte@somosaura.app including your name and the phone/WhatsApp number you were registered with, so we can technically purge your data from our systems.

3.2. WhatsApp users

If you interacted with a Business's WhatsApp assistant and wish to delete your contact and conversation history, email us at soporte@somosaura.app stating your WhatsApp number, or request it directly from the Business.

3.3. Affiliated Businesses

The business administrator can request the total deletion of their account and their tenant's data by emailing soporte@somosaura.app from the email address registered as the owner of the account.

4. Timeline and scope

We will acknowledge receipt of your request and proceed to technically delete your personal data from our systems. We may retain only the information that the law requires us to keep (for example, Businesses' billing records) for the legally required period, after which it will also be deleted.
